After dating for about 2 years English actor Orlando Bloom (42) and American singer and songwriter Katy Perry (34) have got engaged on this Valentine’s Day. Katy, from her verified social media, posted a picture of themselves together with her gorgeous engagement ring on her ring finger. Katy’s mother Mary Hudson also shared the news of their engagement on her Facebook with the picture of the ring.
The day Bloom chose to propose Katy just proves how especial Katy is for him. From a trusted source it has also come to light that they want to get married and they don’t want to make it too late. Also, they wish to have babies together and will prioritize them. To make the inauguration of their family life so splendor and momentous, Katy will slow down her carrier this year.
Though the issue of their engagement is not officially confirmed, people start to congratulate them. Before this, Bloom married Australian Beauty Miranda Kerr and together they have a son, Flynn (8). Bloom and Kerr were together from 2010 to 2013. Katy was also with her ex-husband Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012. On the beginning of 2016, Katy and Bloom started dating and they were spotted together several times happily.
Both Bloom and Katy are the UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors and most often they involve with different social development organizations. On July 2017, Bloom paid a visit to Bangladesh to meet the country’s underprivileged children.
