Climate change is the real thing and like it or not we are the very reason for our planet’s and country’s demise. In recent months the weather conditions we are observing is not at all normal. The heat level is unbearable and the sunlight seems it’s purposefully directing towards us.
The alarming thing is we are seeing mid-day like sunlight in the near evening. Have any of you seen such an example before that heat of the sun unbearable after 6 pm? But in recent days and months, it is common in the Dhaka city.
The temperature fluctuates near 10-15 degrees in days. This is certainly not normal. As the rain quality is not as satisfying as before along with powerful thunderings, many died and continue to die because of those deadly thunders.
Deforestation and too much urbanization is the main cause of it, at least from the point of view within our national borders. Are we increasing the numbers of trees and greens in our country? Shouldn’t it be as per our population that is always on the increasing side! We have to be aware of our survival from the individual level. We should never be a cause of environmental pollution of any kind.
If we can increase the percentage of the woods and trees this condition of our country’s weather can still be restored.
