Oil is a daily need for everyone not just for cooking purpose but for many usages, such as skin care, health care, hair care, and the list goes on. Today we are going to discuss edible oils, I mean which we consume for cooking or adding into our diet. Many of us don’t have the idea that consuming extra virgin MCT enriched organic oil are very beneficial for health and one must add them to maintain a balanced diet.

Soybean oils are high in omega 6 and they are important. But over-consumption leads toward many problems, especially to the men consumers. Soya content disrupts the balance of hormones in the male body whereas they are very beneficial for the females.

We highly suggest using coconut, almond, olive or similar MCT enriched oil for overall health benefits. They are more expensive than the sunflower and soybean oils but they are much more beneficial for both mind and body. Coconut oil can be called super food that is legit for its manifold use and benefits.
