In Nittanandapur village of Gangni Upazila, Meherpur, a 3 year old child, Mita Khatun died after biscuit got stuck in her throat. This grievous incident happed at 11.30 am on Saturday (20 April).
It is informed that, the deceased child Mita Kahatun was the daughter of Milon Hosen in Gangni Upazila. She was playing while eating some biscuits. At that moment a piece of biscuit stuck in her throat and she fall down on the ground. A relative saw her getting sick and found that she cannot breath properly. Immediately, she was taken to the Gangni Upazila Health Complex. The doctor declared her death after reaching there. People of the whole Union express condolences for the immature death of the child.
