If we go back to late 2007 and the year span of 2008, we will surely feel free the controversy of gaming graphics cards, most importantly the emergence of 8800gt and 8800gts versions of Nvidia. They were one of the first consumer-grade CUDA core optimized graphics chips along with performance grade SLi cards that really showed gains over single PCI express cards.

In the first phase of the release, people were not into 8800 series, but after the proper implementation, it became a legend that still makes goosebumps into true gamers who were active in that period. The card was so impressive that it lasted more than 2 and a half years and Nvidia made refresh cards of the similar chip named 9800gtx and that reigned over a year. It was a time of glory and both ATI now AMD and Nvidia were making great progress in the field of gaming hardware.

Now a similar thing is happening, of course, with the release of GTX1080 and 1080ti but the real deal is the RTX series. Like it or not 2080 and 2080ti has the potential to become the next legendary Geforce cards and let’s see what happens after the software and games cope up with the latest hardware and instructions. Our team of experts and gamers firmly believe RTX series has the potential to rise to the legendary level.
