Most of us already know the importance of good fats in our daily diet. It is a very common thing though most of us don’t know or pay any heed to that critical matter. Yes, they are found in protein enriched food sources. It may seem costly for many to maintain a proper diet regime to utilize healthy fat intake in daily diet.

Omega fats are great for both healthy body and mind but they are found in the proper amount in marine sources. Different fish mostly from the ocean and animal sources are there. Eggs are always a great source of almost all the necessary fats along with proteins but many contradictions are at large in the consumption of more than 3 whole eggs a day. But most of them you hear are myths and not true.

Any healthy individual need 50+ gm of protein each day and more than 3gm of Omega fats to maintain a proper balance of the body. In this life till death, your body is the most valuable thing and people do not realize that truth until they fall in life-threatening problems. So it is highly suggested to take heed of your daily diet and fulfill the needs of protein, healthy fats and vital micro-nutrients.
